VIsual Sound Route 66 twin pedal Overdrive and Compressor in Prestwick, Northumberland for sale

VIsual Sound Route 66 twin pedal Overdrive and

Great twin pedal, compression and Tubescreamer-type overdrive. Compression channel goes from very subtle to fairly heavy squish, separate gain control, and an optional tone control which you can switch off. Equally good for funk or country, turn up the compression for some great sustain sustain, or use it just to fatten your sound a little. The TS-808-style overdrive goes from just breaking up to a hard crisp crunch, with a useful Bass Boost for added depth, plus a volume control giving a lot more output than the original tubescreamer. Pedal is fully working. Has a few wee marks as you might expect, but nothing significant. Powered by 9v battery or 9v power supply (neither included). It has Velcro on the bottom, ready for placing on your board. And apparently if you open it up it also has a noise reduction feature which you can switch on or off - I've never felt the need to look. Original box and manual included. Any tryout welcome. Cash only, please, no swaps, paypal or posting. From the Visual Sound website: In 1999, Truetone (formerly Visual Sound) made the statement “Our Route 66 is sure to become as legendary as its namesake.” Since then, the Route 66 pedal has become a must-have for artists like Jonny Lang and Kings of Leon. With broad flavors of Compression and Overdrive, Route 66 sounds amazing with both guitar and bass. Many players leave the compressor on all the time because it just makes your instrument sound better. The overdrive is smooth and crisp, covering everything from mild boost to cranked amp sounds. The V2 Series Route 66 gives the same great tone guitarists have come to love over the years, plus an added noise reduction system that gives you that quiet ride you’ve always wanted. Classic compression combined with Classic Overdrive – these two effects sound great on their own, but combine them together and get the ultimate compliment to one another in one pedal. Housing and stomp switches designed by Bob Weil himself — and a noise-free experience — this version of the Route 66 has raised the bar for years to come.
